Here are some questions to ask yourself before making your tent reservation. If you need assistance or have any questions for us do not hesitate to call as we are always here to help you decide what will work best for your situation.
Is there an area large enough for a tent?
Is the area as flat and level as possible?
Are there any obstacles like rocks, trees, shrubs, fences, or overhangs?
Are there any obstacles beneath the surface like an irrigation system, drainage pipes or utilities?
what type of surface is it?
Will the tent be an adequate distance from the fire pit or grill?
Will this location provide easy access and comfort for the guests?
(This will largely depend on the size of the tent)
How many people would need to be seated?
Will any space be needed for food or gifts etc.?
Will there be a dance floor or DJ?
Depending on the square footage of the tent you plan to reserve, a permit may be required. Check with your City or Town Hall at least a couple weeks before your planned event for more information.
It is the law to call WWW.DIGSAFE.COM before having any temporary structure utilizing ground stakes installed. It is a free service that will mark any underground utilities that may be on your property. You will want to do this at least a couple weeks prior to the event date.
CERTIFICATE OF FLAME RESISTANCE
At Party Season Tent Rentals we believe in customer safety. Our rental equipment is made for the rental industry especially our tents which are made from the high quality materials needed to withstand inclement weather. Each of our tents also have a "CERTIFICATE OF FLAME RESISTANCE" available upon request should your event require one.
